SHIPPING
What is your returns policy?
 

We accept returns for full refunds within 15 days of purchase date. As long as the item(s) are never worn, stain free & tags are attached to garment. 

 

What is your shipping options? 
 

 

  • Shipping is free on all items.

  • We ship both, domestic & international. 

  • Your item(s) will be shipped via U.S.P.S. 

  • Once your item is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email. 

 

 

 

 

What is the fee for closet cleaning & organization?

 

Each closet is unique & for that reason our fee is indiviualized. No closet is too big or small. We ensure to get the task completed in two visits. During our first visit we will evaluate your closet and conduct a style consultation.

What is your Personal Shopping fee?

 

Our personal shopping fee is 20%. If you do not live in the New York City area you will also be responsible for the cost of shipping & handling.
